Since completing his law degree, Randy Rosa has joined the Florida Bar and its Business Law Section and been accepted to practice in Florida’s southern and middle U.S. district courts. At Goldman & Rosa, he and his colleague, attorney Arianna Goldman, provide counsel for litigation involving torts and contracts; real estate disputes; estate, trusts, and guardianship disagreements; construction liens and foreclosures; collection actions; and other cases. Through the firm’s business law practice, Randy Rosa handles a range of issues regarding business formation, reorganization, and acquisition, including sales and divestiture transactions, mergers, and successions. Within Goldman & Rosa’s real estate division, Rosa and Goldman offer their services in first-time home purchases, complex commercial and residential transactions, and foreclosures and refinances. In the past, the firm has drafted construction and land acquisition agreements, commercial and residential closing and leasing documents, and legal paperwork related to subdivision and condominium development.
